Ollie's two-year tenure at SMAKK Studios offered a deeply insightful pathway through the D2C wellness space, working with clients to create solutions in the sexual health, wellness, and beauty spaces. During their time here, Ollie was awarded GD USA's 2023 Responsible Designer to Watch, spoke on panels for Shillington University about their experience as a trans, queer, and neurodivergent practitioner in the field, and sat for interviews with outlets like Creative Bloq, and Design Week UK.

Shortly after graduating with their BFA, Ollie was approached by the studio's Senior Designer to interview for an open role. Here they honed their technical skills, gradually taking a lion's share of the studio's marketing output while they began to develop and ascend through its UX and Web Design footprint. Their hard work and collaborative bent were rewarded with a series of promotions, ultimately culminating in their title as Digital Design Lead, when they decided to part ways with the idyllic Northeastern countryside for Brooklyn's more strange and crowded streets.
